2、負(fù)責(zé)與客戶/海外代理進(jìn)行聯(lián)系，安排貨物的進(jìn)出口事宜
3、負(fù)責(zé)接單后貨物運(yùn)輸整體流程的運(yùn)作，包括船公司的訂艙、裝箱或發(fā)貨安排、報(bào)關(guān)、貨物跟蹤等；
4、制作，錄入運(yùn)輸流程中需要的文件。
5、?負(fù)責(zé)處理各類突發(fā)事件并及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)。

1、英文具備聽(tīng)、讀、說(shuō)、寫(xiě)能力，能用英文完成日常工作，能直接與海外代理及外國(guó)客戶溝通；
2、掌握國(guó)際貨運(yùn)知識(shí)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易知識(shí)，航空貨運(yùn)知識(shí)；

4、具備分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力；
5、協(xié)作能力、溝通能力、談判技巧；
6、熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)的操作及相關(guān)軟件的應(yīng)用。
