1、全日制在校大學生（211,985院校優(yōu)先），CET4及以上，英語聽說讀寫流利。
2、?專業(yè)背景：機械工程、自動化、生物、材料、市場營銷、國際貿(mào)易、英語等專業(yè)。
3、會說小語種（德語，法語，荷蘭語，瑞典語，挪威語，丹麥語，芬蘭語等）優(yōu)先。
4、對銷售/外貿(mào)工作有較高的熱情，出色的溝通表達能力，樂于與人溝通；
5、學習能力強，具備分析解決問題的能力，責任心強，能承受較大的工作壓力，適應快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境。
