一、工作職責Job?Duties:

1、阿里云服務器日常管理,?包括AD,?PBX,?itil***實踐的工單系統(tǒng)管理,?文件共享權限等管理工作;
????
?????Ali?Cloud?server?daily?management,?including?AD,?PBX,?ticket?system?and??file?permission?management;
????
2、團隊合作支持提供日常IT支援如AD,?Exchange,?Office?365以及定期IT系統(tǒng)完善以及風險檢查等工作;
????
?????Teamwork?to?provide?daily?IT?support?like?AD,?Exchange,?Office365,?IT??system?review,?risk?check?and?others;
????
3、提供IT支持包括國內以及亞太地區(qū)分公司包括香港,?馬尼拉,?吉隆坡,?臺灣等。
????
?????Assist?to?manage?mainland?China?offices?and?APAC?offices?like?HK,?Manila,??KL,?Taiwan?and?others.

二、崗位要求Job?Requirements:
????
1、英語、粵語聽說讀寫流利;
????
?????Cantonese?and?English?are?MUST,?including?listening?and?speaking;
????
2、1-3年與IT支援相關工作經(jīng)驗,?能力優(yōu)秀者可適當放寬要求;
????
?????1-3?years?IT?support?related?working?experience,?Excellent?ability?is??preferred;
????
3、有自學與專研動力?/?刻苦工作?/?邏輯思維清晰?/?團隊合作?/?良好的溝通技巧?/?一定的項目經(jīng)驗?/?接受短期出差。
