工作職責(zé):
1?了解業(yè)務(wù)的基本需求，設(shè)計(jì)并構(gòu)建符合汽車行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)。
2??開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)研，梳理業(yè)務(wù)流程系統(tǒng)，有效構(gòu)建專題數(shù)據(jù)分析應(yīng)用，推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)。
3?參與數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)模型設(shè)計(jì)和ETL開(kāi)發(fā)，及時(shí)維護(hù)，確保數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。
4.深入業(yè)務(wù)單元流程，發(fā)現(xiàn)難點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景，基于海量數(shù)據(jù)為業(yè)務(wù)單元提供更好的服務(wù)。
5.?整理公司數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)，優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)，挖掘業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景的應(yīng)用價(jià)值?？偨Y(jié)和沉淀數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)構(gòu)建的方法，并通過(guò)支持工具和流程支持每個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)BI報(bào)告
職位要求
1.?在企業(yè)級(jí)數(shù)據(jù)模型(錨模型、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、星型模型)、數(shù)據(jù)流、主數(shù)據(jù)管理和元數(shù)據(jù)管理設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)方面有至少7年經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.?扎實(shí)的SQL?Server和ETL開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(SSIS,?ADF)，?ETL/ELT開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)能力:Informatica,?SSIS,?Kettle,?Talend作為DW自動(dòng)化功能。
3.有微軟Azure?Cloud經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使用PaaS?SQL數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)等，了解集群PK、索引、分區(qū)等基本知識(shí)。
4.?5年以上Tableau、Power?BI、Qlik?Sense等企業(yè)級(jí)數(shù)據(jù)可視化分析實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn);
5.?熟悉Linux命令和腳本，熟悉開(kāi)源軟件，如PostgreSQL?DB和Apache氣流。
6.?有Java、c#或Python編程經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
