??Main?responsibility?is?to?formulate,??????generate?supporting?development?information?and?commercialize?new??????formulating?product?in?China.?This?includes?evaluating?and?optimizing??????formulating?recipe?to?get?good?physicochemical?properties,?with?an??????understanding?of?commercial?practices?and?a?strong?capability?in?practical??????application?aspects?of?product?use.
??Design?and?conduct?experiments?of??????significant?difficulty?and?then?draw?and?report?scientific?conclusions.??????Knowledge?of?colloid?and?surface?chemistry,?physical?chemistry,?emulsions,??????dispersions,?powders,?surfactants,?emulsifiers?and?dispersants?as?applied??????to?the?evaluation?of?novel?formulation?technologies.

Requirements

??Education:?Bachelor?or?Master?in?the??????fields?of?Chemistry?of?materials?or?physical?chemistry?or?related?fields??????or?in?agriculture?science;
??Technical?&?Professional??????knowledge:?a?strong?background?in?physical?&?surface?chemistry?and?a??????wide-ranging?understanding?of?formulating?principles?along?with?practical??????knowledge?of?commercial?application?for?crop?protection?product,?including??????thermodynamics?of?mixing,?phase?equilibria,?solutions,?surface?chemistry,??????colloids,?emulsions?and?suspensions,?with?analytical?capability?in??????laboratory；
