§??Adopt?and?deploy?software?tasks?and??packages,?service?packs?and?configuration?settings?to?our?worldwide?customers??on?behalf?of?proALPHA’s?Customer?Service.

§??Monitor?proALPHA?databases?and??installations?all?over?the?globe?–?using?proALPHA’s?Remote?System?Service?(RSS)??infrastructure?and?aiming?to?keep?our?customers’?productive?systems?stable?and??highly?performing?with?minimum?downtime.

§??Develop?individual?software??modifications?based?on?technical?specifications?for?our?customers.?During?and??after?the?
??development?process?it?is?also?your?responsibility?to?test?these?modifications??and?to?document?these?tests?with?our?test?planning?and?documenting?tools.

§??Support,?train?and?advise?our??customers?with?your?technical?knowledge?during?their?testing?and?implementation??phases?as?well?as?for?their?daily?operations.

§??Bachelor’s?degree?in?Technology,??Computer?Science,?or?a?related?quantitative?field.

§??Good?command?of?both,?written?and??spoken?English?and?Chinese.?German?is?an?advantage.

§??Working?experience?or?knowledge?of??an?IT?consultant?role?focusing?on?software?development?in?the?field?of?ERP?is?an??advantage?
