??Summary
??作為新產品開發(fā)項目的技術主導工程師，負責管理一個或幾個項目的技術工作，完成新產品導入的工藝規(guī)劃和制定，設備推薦和選型，新工藝的開發(fā)，新產品的試制等，并編制產品的APQP文件，包括流程圖，PFMEA，作業(yè)指導書等。?

??接到客戶圖紙后進行圖紙與技術規(guī)范的審核，并通過技術交流，與客戶在圖紙和技術規(guī)范方面達成一致。
??After?receiving?customer’s?drawing,?review?product?drawings?and?technical?standards,?and?through?technical?communication?reach?an?agreement?with?customers?on?drawings?and?technical?standards.
??在新產品報價階段配合報價工程師完成工藝方案設計，加工成本計算和設備投資規(guī)劃及項目可行性分析。
??At?the?stage?of?new?product?quotation?cooperate?with?quotation?engineer?to?design?process?scheme,?calculate?manufacturing?cost,?make?equipment?investment?plan?and?analyze?project?feasibility.
??設計新產品導入時的制造工藝。
Design?manufacturing?processes?when?a?new?product?is?introduced.
提供夾具設計工藝技術要求給供應商進行夾具設計，并審核供應商的夾具方案。列出刀具清單，刀具選型。如果需要，按照潛在供應商評估和批準程序開發(fā)刀具和夾具供應商。
Provide?fixture?supplier?with?process?technical?requirement?for?fixture?design?and?review?the?fixture?design?proposal?and?make?tools?type?and?tools?list.?According?to?potential?supplier?evaluation?and?approval?procedure,?develop?tool?and?fixture?supplier?when?required.
負責跟蹤新產品的試制，根據(jù)IATF16949的要求生產出一定批量的合格樣品至PPAP完成。
Be?responsible?for?follow?up?new?product’s?trial?run,?and?according?to?IATF16949?produce?a?batch?of?qualified?samples?until?completion?of?PPAP.
編寫、修改和維護流程圖、FMEA和控制計劃等文件。
Make,?revise?and?maintain?flow?chart,?FMEA?and?control?plan,?etc.
同質量工程師合作完成OTS和PPAP樣件提交報告，審核提交樣件。
Cooperate?with?quality?engineer?to?make?OTS?and?PPAP?sample?report?and?audit?samples.
編寫作業(yè)指導書。
Make?work?instructions.
按照公司新產品開發(fā)流程完成整個項目直至順利量產。
According?to?the?company’s?new?product?development?process,?complete?the?whole?project?till?smooth?mass?production.
參與現(xiàn)生產產品的過程改進，提高產品質量和生產效率，降低生產成本。

新工藝研究開發(fā)，提升新產品的開發(fā)交付能力。

任職資格Post?qualification
1.?學歷?Education?Background
本科以上學歷??Bachelor?degree?or?above
2.?專業(yè)?Major
機械工程、金屬加工?Mechanical?engineering/Metal?processing
3.?專業(yè)知識和特殊技能要求??knowledge?and?skills
具備機械制造與加工工藝的專業(yè)知識；有較好的幾何尺寸與形位公差方面的知識；有豐富的數(shù)控加工工作經驗。
Have?professional?knowledge?of?mechanical?manufacturing?and?machining?processes,?and?have?good?knowledge?of?geometry?parameter?and?GD&T.?Have?working?experience?in?CNC?machining.
4.?能夠熟練使用至少以下一種軟件：CATIA,?UG,?Solid?Works?and/or?Master?CAM。
Be?proficient?in?working?with?at?least?one?software?CATIA,?UG,?Solid?Works?and/or?Master?CAM.

5.?經驗?Experience
至少6年以上工藝工程師工作經驗，2年以上汽車行業(yè)經驗。
Over?6?years’?experience?as?process?engineer,?at?least?2?years?in?automobile.
6.?語言?Language
大學英語4級以上，良好的英語口語及書面表達能力。
CET4?and?above,?good?oral?and?written?English.
