主要職責(zé)：?
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)UAP(尤艾普)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司在中國區(qū)域所有項(xiàng)目的安裝與制作工作，其中包括：?
-在藝術(shù)項(xiàng)目施工期間負(fù)責(zé)與客戶項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或者施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人溝通，商討并解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問題，包括預(yù)埋件/供電/照明等問題。
-與施工單位聯(lián)系，確保公共藝術(shù)項(xiàng)目按時(shí)，按質(zhì)量完成，?
?-協(xié)助澳大利亞UAP(尤艾普)總公司或上海公司總監(jiān)以確認(rèn)制造價(jià)格并提供所有相關(guān)資料（圖紙，3D模型，樣品）。?并最終落實(shí)生產(chǎn)?
-管理制造商生產(chǎn)的樣品并交由UAP(尤艾普)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司設(shè)計(jì)師/上海公司總監(jiān)核準(zhǔn)。
-需要具有工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控資質(zhì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。?
-提供樣品予以客戶確認(rèn)。?
-管理經(jīng)由客戶批準(zhǔn)樣品后落實(shí)生產(chǎn)，并檢查產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是否達(dá)到既定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。?
-在經(jīng)由UAP(尤艾普)上海藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司設(shè)計(jì)師或者UAP(尤艾普)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司上海公司總監(jiān)審查后管理并且驗(yàn)收藝術(shù)品制造商的產(chǎn)品。?
-?負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目交付。?
-負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目安裝與業(yè)主驗(yàn)收。-具有一定設(shè)計(jì)軟件應(yīng)用能力，包括CAD\photoshop\3ds?max等軟件。?
此外，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理必須管理所有UAP(尤艾普)國際項(xiàng)目的藝術(shù)品制造，其中包括：?
-與制造商聯(lián)系，以確認(rèn)制造價(jià)格并提供所有相關(guān)資料（圖紙，3D模型，樣品）。?
-與澳大利亞UAP(尤艾普)總公司或上海項(xiàng)目確認(rèn)并且最終落實(shí)生產(chǎn)。?
-管理制造商生產(chǎn)的樣品并交由UAP(尤艾普)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司設(shè)計(jì)師/上海公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)核準(zhǔn)。
-負(fù)責(zé)藝術(shù)品產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量以達(dá)到UAP(尤艾普)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司設(shè)計(jì)師/上海公司總監(jiān)確認(rèn)的樣品質(zhì)量。
-管理并驗(yàn)收在經(jīng)由UAP(尤艾普)上海藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司設(shè)計(jì)師或上海公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)確認(rèn)后的制造商的產(chǎn)品。
-項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)組織貨物發(fā)運(yùn)，并確保包裝以及產(chǎn)品安全達(dá)到較高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。?

??Roles?and?Responsibilities:?
The?role?of?the?Project?Manager?is?to?oversee?the?manufacture?and?installation?of?all?UAP?projects?for?the?Chinese?marketplace.?This?includes:
-??????????Liaise?with?manufacturer?to?confirm?price?for?manufacture?including?supply?of?all?relevant?information?(drawings,?3-D?computer?models,?3-D?scale?models,?samples).
-??????????Supply?confirmed?manufacturing?price?to?Australia?head?office?for?finalization?of?price?for?client.
-??????????ALL?discussions?regarding?prices?and?fees?with?client?to?be?the?responsibility?of?UAP?Shanghai?Director.?
-??????????Manage?manufacturer?to?produce?samples?of?work?for?approval?by?UAP?designer?/?UAP?Shanghai?Director.
-??????????Supply?sample?to?client?for?approval.?
-??????????After?approval?of?sample?by?client?manage?manufacture?of?final?artwork?to?match?approved?sample.
-??????????Manage?sign-off?of?artwork?at?manufacturers’?premises?by?UAP?Designer?or?UAP?Shanghai?Director?prior?to?shipping?to?site.
-??????????During?the?construction?of?the?artworks?the?project?manager?is?responsible?for?liaison?with?head?designer?on?the?project?(Landscape?or?Architecture?firm),?the?client?and?the?head?construction?firm?to?ensure?all?site?issues?including?footings?/?electrical?/?lighting?and?program?are?managed?adequately?and?cost?effectively.

-??????????The?Project?manager?is?also?responsible?for?organizing?and?booking?shipping?to?the?appropriate??marketplace?and?ensuring?packaging?and?crating?is?of?extremely?high?standard?to?ensure?protection?of?artwork?during?freight.
