主要職責(zé)：
-為UAP的主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師，您將通過公共領(lǐng)域藝術(shù)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)和交流，在滿足客戶需求方面發(fā)揮不可或缺的作用。
-將直接與全球***藝術(shù)家和創(chuàng)意人合作，并確保他們的概念達(dá)到UAP的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
-藝術(shù)家團(tuán)隊(duì)、3D團(tuán)隊(duì)等后期團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行高效率的有效溝通。
-理的安排時(shí)間，確保各項(xiàng)目在截止日期前完成。
-需全面了解材料的制作方法。

任職要求：
-至少5年及以上在國際藝術(shù)/設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
-熟練運(yùn)用Adobe?InDesign、Illustrator、photoshop、3D?Max、CAD等相關(guān)軟件；
-中英文流利；
-熟悉建筑業(yè)及制造業(yè)
-具有良好的口頭及書面溝通表達(dá)能力；
-有較強(qiáng)的應(yīng)變能力；
-注重細(xì)節(jié)

Responsibilities:?
-As?a?Lead?Designer?with?UAP?you?will?play?an?integral?role?in?creatively?meeting?client?briefs?through?the?design?and?communication?of?art?projects?for?the?public?realm.??
-You?will?work?directly?alongside?some?of?the?world’s?leading?artists?and?creatives?and?assist?them?to?ensure?that?their?concepts?are?delivered?to?the?high?standards?required?by?UAP.?
-Interfacing?with?artists?and?briefing?design?support?and?3D?visualization?teams?requires?high?level?communication?skills?and?an?ability?to?motivate?those?around?you.?
-You?will?require?excellent?time?management?skills?and?will?be?able?to?work?efficiently?to?ensure?deadlines?are?met.
-?A?thorough?understanding?of?multiple?materials?and?fabrication?methods?is?required.?

Requirements:
?-Must?have?a?minimum?5+?years?sound?work?experience?in?an?international?art/design?studio?environment
-Highly?proficient?in?Adobe?InDesign,?Illustrator,?Photoshop?or?3D?Max,?CAD?skills?in?additional/similar?software?suites?are?advantageous.?
-High?level?communication?skills?in?both?Chinese?and?English?is?a?requirement
-Strong?understanding?of?the?creative,?construction?or?manufacturing?industries.
-Excellent?verbal?and?written?communication?skills?including?the?ability?to?communicate?effectively?with?stakeholders?at?all?levels.
