3、Interface?with,?arrange?and?supervise?outside?mold?repair,?or??retexturing.?Must?be?done?in?a?timely?basis?so?the?impact?on?production?is?the??least?and?the?quality?remains?it’s?highest.

4、Provide?input?as?required?to?the?Mold?Design?Engineer(s)?during?the?new??mold?design?process?to?insure?all?molds?built?perform?and?produce?high?quality??parts.

5、Assist?management?and?the?Engineering?department?during?the?FAI,?T0,?T1,??T2?testing?of?molds?and?make?recommended?changes?to?improve?mold?performance??and?quality,?which?could?include?visiting?outside?mold?suppliers?during?and??after?the?molds?are?ordered?and?put?into?limited?production.

6、Provide?recommendations?to??management?on?how?to?reduce?mold?repair?costs.?

MINIMUM?QUALIFICATIONS:
任職要求：
1、Technical?secondary?school?and?above?Degree.?
中專及以上學(xué)歷；?
2、Five?(5)?years?of?related?experience?in?a?molding?assembly?and?repair.?
5年以上模具裝配和維修經(jīng)驗；
3、Must?be?self?motivated?and?able?to?work?both?in?a?team??environment?and?cooperate?and?assist?other?departments?as?well?as?work?solo.
