負(fù)責(zé)公司電子網(wǎng)站的運營管理。包括運營策略、方案和計劃,并組織實施,優(yōu)化網(wǎng)站的風(fēng)格、架構(gòu)、功能等。
負(fù)責(zé)年度、季度、月度網(wǎng)站運營計劃并執(zhí)行。
帶領(lǐng)團隊擬定促銷活動計劃,制定線上營銷推廣戰(zhàn)略,以及具體實施方案;
數(shù)據(jù)分析:?根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)來源分析客戶需求、產(chǎn)品排名分析、流量特點分析,競爭對手分析等;?提高頁面瀏覽率和網(wǎng)站知名度;
提高網(wǎng)站客戶的購買轉(zhuǎn)化率、訂單金額及客戶對品牌忠誠度,提高網(wǎng)站服務(wù);

B、崗位要求:

熟悉電子商務(wù)平臺及天貓店鋪操作流程、交易規(guī)則和運營管理,有文化用品運營經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
有一定的策劃經(jīng)驗及文字表達(dá)能力,邏輯思維及數(shù)據(jù)分析能力強;
良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神;
大專及以上學(xué)歷,電子商務(wù)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先;
三年以上電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站運營經(jīng)驗,熟練使用英文者優(yōu)先;

B、Qualification?for?this?position:

Familiar?with?e-commerce?and?Tmall?store?operation?process,?operating?rules?and?store?management,?experience?in?the?operation?of?cultural?supplies?is?preferred.
Good?experience?on?planning?and?writing?articles、good?at?logical?and?data?analysing.
A?good?communication?and?team?spirits.
University?education?or?above,?Major?in?e-commerce?is?preferred.
Three?years?working?experiences?in?related?job?in?e-commerce?website,?be?able?to?communicate?in?English?is?plus.
