認(rèn)真填寫交接班記錄，并與上下班做好交接工作，保證工作的持續(xù)完整
Fill?in?the?record?of?shifting?duty.?And?do?the?good?transfer?of?previous?and?next?shift.?Keep?the?completeness?of?work.
開工前檢查天車限位、機(jī)床運(yùn)行、刀具量具等情況，確認(rèn)無誤后方可加工
Before?starting?work,?check?the?situation?of?crane,?machinery,?tool?and?measurement-tools.?After?confirmed?safety,?start?work.
嚴(yán)格按照?qǐng)D紙、工藝進(jìn)行加工，嚴(yán)禁私自改動(dòng)、變更加工工藝和加工程序，對(duì)加工工件認(rèn)真自檢并填寫自檢單
Do?machining?strictly?following?the?drawings?and?process.?Changes?without?authorization?on?process?and?machining?procedure?is?strictly?prohibit.?Self-inspect?carefully?and?fill?in?the?self-inspection?sheet.
工作中出現(xiàn)的問題應(yīng)及時(shí)處理，不能解決的及時(shí)報(bào)告班長及各部門相關(guān)人員
Solve?the?problem?occurring?during?production?in?time.?If?the?problem?cannot?be?solved,?inform?the?foreman?and?relevant?staff?in?time.
愛護(hù)設(shè)備，妥善保養(yǎng)，使用設(shè)備、工具要愛護(hù)，節(jié)約用料、節(jié)約能源
Take?good?care?of?machinery?and?tools?and?keep?proper?maintenance.?Save?material?and?energy.
在工作中要團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，尊師愛徒
Depend?on?each?other.?Respect?the?master?and?take?care?of?apprentice.
工作結(jié)束后，認(rèn)真清掃機(jī)床及環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，檢查工具量具，認(rèn)真填寫工作記錄

職業(yè)技能要求：熟悉各種測量工具，熟悉機(jī)加工工藝，具備識(shí)圖能力，熟練操作多種數(shù)控車床和加工中心，熟悉通用操作系統(tǒng)；了解刀具知識(shí)，獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)品的調(diào)試工作和工裝夾具的更換設(shè)置
Occupational?skills?requirement：Familiar?with?the?measurement?tools,?machining?technique,?capable?to?read?drawings,?skillful?operation?on?kinds?of?machining?equipment?and?machining?centers.?Know?well?of?the?general?operation?system,?knowing?about?the?cutters.?Could?finish?the?adjustment?independently?and?change?the?clamps.
其它要求：具有四級(jí)以上銑工國家職業(yè)資格等級(jí)證書者優(yōu)先；熟悉鐵路產(chǎn)品及工藝流程者優(yōu)先?
