任職者應管理相關倉庫的庫存，執(zhí)行FIFO原則以及維持安全庫存，確保在庫產(chǎn)品符合保質(zhì)期要求。任職者應與工廠生產(chǎn)等部門保持良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，合理安排卡車及集裝箱的發(fā)運時間。對司機進行有效的業(yè)務和安全管理。

Ensure?the?right?stock?level?in?all?external?warehouses?taking?into?consideration?of?the?safety?stock?level,?transit?time?required?and?sales?forecast?corresponding?to?each?warehouse.
根據(jù)銷售預測數(shù)據(jù)和工廠至各外庫運輸時間綜合考慮外庫的安全庫存數(shù)量，確保外庫庫存滿足安全庫存的要求。
Manage?the?Stock?Files?and?arrange?warehouse?replenishments.
管理工廠及外庫庫存文件并及時安排外庫補貨。
Manage?the?interface?with?plant?dispatch?team?and?issue?the?daily,?weekly?and?monthly?dispatch?plan.?
及時與工廠生產(chǎn)發(fā)貨人員溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，制定每天，每周以及月度發(fā)貨計劃。
Arrange?the?time?slot?for?container?and?truck?loading?in?TEDA?plant.
合理安排集裝箱裝箱和卡車裝車的時間。
Prepare?all?details?of?loading/delivery?documents?for?every?order?to?the?loading?team?(or?haulier)?and?rented?warehouse,?follow?up?on?route?orders.?
準備每個訂單的裝貨單和發(fā)貨單等文件，并及時提供給工廠生產(chǎn)發(fā)貨人員，車隊以及倉庫等。
Permanently?liaise?with?warehouses?and?hauliers?to?ensure?the?smooth?dispatch?and?delivery?of?orders.?
與運輸商及倉庫隨時保持聯(lián)系，確保每個訂單的及時發(fā)運及跟蹤。

學歷和資格要求：

Bachelor?degree?in?supply?chain,?logistics?or?related?field?is?required.
供應鏈，物流或相關專業(yè)的學士學位。
Minimum?of?3?years?work?experience?in?similar?position.
至少3年同崗位或類似崗位工作經(jīng)驗。
Numeric?and?meticulous?with?sound?accuracy?on?figures,?good?skills?in?using?Excel?and?especially?good?at?Excel?formula?calculation?and?PivotTable.
良好的數(shù)字運算能力，熟練使用Excel，擅長Excel公式計算和數(shù)據(jù)透視表。
Able?to?work?well?under?pressure,?good?ability?to?plan?and?prioritize?work,?team?work?spirit.
良好的抗壓能力，能夠確定工作計劃和工作內(nèi)容優(yōu)先級，團隊合作精神。
