職位描述（Job Description）

崗位描述：
1?參加平臺產(chǎn)品技術(shù)方案審核，參與制定實施計劃
?2?負責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)平臺的建設(shè)、擴容和優(yōu)化調(diào)整、業(yè)務(wù)開通?
3?負責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)平臺的日常變更、配置維護及賬號管理?
4?負責(zé)平臺軟硬件資源統(tǒng)計及信息維護，提供相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和報表編制?
5?參與平臺業(yè)務(wù)管理制度及流程的制定?
6?負責(zé)審核測試方案及需求，搭建測試環(huán)境及執(zhí)行測試?
7?協(xié)調(diào)平臺業(yè)務(wù)合作方、供應(yīng)商?
8?負責(zé)客戶項目相關(guān)平臺業(yè)務(wù)事務(wù)處理?9?對接客戶/helpdesk?和平臺供應(yīng)商，承擔(dān)T2/T3級報障處理，培訓(xùn)一線客服人員?
職位要求：
1.?大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)，計算機或通信類專業(yè)，英語四級以上；
?2.?至少3年以上的網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作經(jīng)驗（Cisco?CCNP以上資質(zhì)），項目管理經(jīng)驗（有平臺建設(shè)和運維經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先）；?
3.?具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全方面的工作經(jīng)驗和相關(guān)資質(zhì)認證；?
4.?熟悉Cisco、Palo?Alto、Juniper等廠商產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)?
5.?熟悉主流廠商服務(wù)器和存儲產(chǎn)品，有集成項目經(jīng)驗
6.?熟悉VMware、Citrix、Microsoft等主流廠商企業(yè)級虛擬化技術(shù)；?
7.?具有良好的職業(yè)道德和商務(wù)敏感度、建立和維護不同層面業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系
