工作內(nèi)容:
Manage?purchase?order?in?a?well-organized?manner,?including?goods?return,?track?and?renew?the?PO?schedule?and?feedback?to?relevant?dept.?On?a?daily?basis??管理采購單(包括退貨):及時下單,維護跟蹤采購單,更新交期并反饋給相關(guān)部門;
Monitor?&?remind?excess?stock?&?EOL?products??監(jiān)控和提醒多余庫存及已停止使用的產(chǎn)品來控制庫存水平;
Effectively?work?with?suppliers?to?understand?their?products,?management,?and?capacity?etc.,?ensure?suppliers‘?capacity?improvement?according?to?the?marketing?demand?跟供應(yīng)商保持聯(lián)系,關(guān)注供應(yīng)商的供應(yīng)能力;
Check?invoices?with?suppliers?and?apply?for?payment?跟供應(yīng)商對帳,申請付款;
Periodic?evaluation?on?current?suppliers?參與供應(yīng)商定期評估;
Perform?other?tasks?assigned?by?the?team??部門內(nèi)分派的其他工作。
任職要求:
college?or?bachelor?degree?大專或本科學(xué)歷;
At?least?3-years?working?experience??in?logistics?or?order?management?至少有3年物流或訂單管理工作經(jīng)驗;
Hard-working?,?good?communication?skills?and?team?working?attitude,?can?work?under?pressure?努力工作,良好的溝通和協(xié)同工作態(tài)度,能在壓力下工作;
Good?computer?skills?and??English?speaking?and?writing?capability?良好的計算機技能和英語口語,寫作能力;
Good?problem?solving?skills?&?logical?thinking?良好的問題解決能力和邏輯思維能力;
Familiar?with?ERP?system?(SAP)?熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)(SAP)。
