崗位要求：
Bachelor??degree?or?above,?engineering?cost,?engineering?management,?engineering??technical?economics,?budget?estimation?and?related?majors;
本科以上學(xué)歷，工程造價、工程管理、工程技術(shù)經(jīng)濟、概算及相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Candidate?with??qualification?certificate?or?position?certificate?of?construction?project?cost?estimation??/budget?or?cost?engineer?certificate?is?preferred;?
持有建設(shè)工程概(預(yù))算人員或造價師資格證書和崗位證書優(yōu)先
At?least?5??years?of?working?experience?in?engineering?company?(design?institute)?；Served?as?the?professional?person?in?charge?of?budget?estimation;?with??certain?experience?in?quotation,?estimation?and?budget?estimation,?and??experience?in?project?completion?settlement?are?preferred.?Work?experience?in??foreign?companies?and?preparing?for?foreign?project?budget?and?technical?and??economic?analysis?are?preferred；
工程公司（設(shè)計院）相關(guān)專業(yè)的5年以上工作經(jīng)歷；擔(dān)任過概預(yù)算專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人；有一定報價、估算、概預(yù)算工作經(jīng)驗，并有項目竣工結(jié)算經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。有國外公司工作經(jīng)驗以及具備編制國外項目概預(yù)算及技經(jīng)分析的能力優(yōu)先

熟悉工程招投標(biāo)、造價、定額體系和工程計價體系。熟練掌握有關(guān)工程造價管理和成本控制流程、項目報價知識與技能；
Familiar??with?cost?control?and?operation?management?of?all?segments?in?the?Process?Industry;
熟悉流程工業(yè)各個環(huán)節(jié)成本控制、運作管理；
