－維修和維護(hù)廠房和設(shè)施，使其處于良好的工作狀態(tài)確保工廠的正常生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作
－Repair?and?maintain?factory?facility?,?holding?good?working?condition?to?ensure?normal?running.
－負(fù)責(zé)廠房及其附屬設(shè)施，道路，停車位，路燈，圍墻，高低壓配電間等運(yùn)行問題及故障檢查，預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)，維修，以及故障處理
－Responsible??for?the?factory?building?and?affiliated?facilities,?roads,?parking??lots,?street?lamps,?wall,?high?and?low?voltage?distribution?room?daily??check?and?other?malfunctions,?preventive?maintenance,?repair,?and??troubleshooting
－負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)包含空調(diào)，供配電，供暖系統(tǒng)，供排水系統(tǒng)，安防系統(tǒng)，消防系統(tǒng)的日常點(diǎn)檢，運(yùn)行維護(hù)，預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)，維修及故障處理
－Responsible??for?facilities?including?air?conditioning,?power?supply,?heating,?water??supply?and?drainage?system,?security?system?and?fire-fighting?system’s??daily?check，?preventive?maintenance,?repair,?and?troubleshooting
－作為工廠設(shè)施?聯(lián)絡(luò)人，輔助負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)施工程師及分包商的聯(lián)絡(luò)工作
－As?a?facility?contactor?of?the?plant,?Coordinate?with?engineer?and?suppliers?for?communicating?work
－對(duì)任何廠房設(shè)施設(shè)備相關(guān)的緊急情況，及時(shí)給予反應(yīng)
－For?any?related?emergency?of?facilities,?give?response?timely
－參與遵守環(huán)境保護(hù)法規(guī)，執(zhí)行工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全和職業(yè)健康保護(hù)
－Comply?with?the?environmental?protection?laws?and?regulations,?Perform?safety?and?occupational?health?protection?at?the?job?site

－監(jiān)督外來承包商以確保工作符合技術(shù)規(guī)范和EHS要求

任職要求?/?Our?requirements:
-??????????25周歲以上
-??????????大專及以上學(xué)歷
-??????????2年以上廠務(wù)管理及供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
-??????????有一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)先
