職責(zé)描述Job?description：
1.負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)研發(fā)計(jì)劃，對(duì)指定項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性研究并編制項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)報(bào)告；

2.負(fù)責(zé)與銷售人員一起針對(duì)顧客投訴和改進(jìn)要求進(jìn)行技術(shù)支持和改進(jìn)；
Responsible??for?conducting?technical?support?and?improvement?with?sales?personnel?for??customer?complaints?and?improvement?requirements.
3.協(xié)助上級(jí)在硬泡產(chǎn)品的配方開發(fā)，為客戶應(yīng)用提供各類解決方案；
Assist?the?superior?in?the?formulation?of?rigid?foam??products,?providing?various?solutions?for?customer?applications;
4.協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部進(jìn)行技術(shù)成果推廣工作和客戶培訓(xùn)工作；
Assist?the?marketing?department?in?the?promotion?of?technical??achievements?and?customer?training.
5.配合基礎(chǔ)研發(fā)人員做好新產(chǎn)品、新技術(shù)、新工藝的試驗(yàn)及推廣應(yīng)用工作；
Cooperate?with?basic?R&D?personnel?to?test?and?promote??new?products,?new?technologies?and?new?processes.
6.參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備的選型、驗(yàn)收、管理、維護(hù)、清潔，保持工作環(huán)境的整潔和安全；
Participate?in?the?selection,?acceptance,?management,??maintenance?and?cleaning?of?laboratory?equipment,?and?keep?the?working??environment?clean?and?safe.

經(jīng)???驗(yàn)Experience：
1.??需要有管道、板材、噴涂等阻燃配方的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如果有組合料的經(jīng)驗(yàn)更好；
Need??to?have?experience?in?flame?retardant?formulations?such?as?pipes,?plates,??sprays,?etc.?It’s?better?to?have?experience?with?combination?materials.
2.??有管殼管托線的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)（LNG、路基等），需要有一定的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Experience??in?the?production?of?tube-and-tube?tube?holders?(LNG,?roadbed,?etc.)?requires??certain?project?experience.
3.??偏應(yīng)用，需要與銷售進(jìn)行溝通，需要有較好的溝通能力；
