??You?will?be?responsible?for?the?printing?and?card?body?process?set?up,?improvement,?to?achieve?the?company?goal?including?yield?/?cost?/?productivity?/?CONQ?etc.
You?will?tackle?problems?arise?from?daily?operations?and?initiate?actions?to?prevent?the?occurrence?of?any?non-conformity?related?to?the?product,?process?and?quality?system.
You?will?deliver?results-oriented?programs,?e.g?cost?reduction?/?continuous?improvement?on?capacity,?work?flow?etc.
You?will?drive?to?developing?innovate?cards?and?keep?competitive?in?the?marketing.?Lead?the?team?for?new?processes?implementation?in?order?to?have?the?better?quality?and?service?level?(from?the?customer?file?till?card?body?ready).
You?will?coordinate?between?the?local?new?product?introduction?team?and?Corp?for?new?product?qualification/?introduction.?Work?with?marketing?and?follow?the?company?process?to?qualify?the?products?to?fulfil?local?market?needs.
You?will?require?to?support?any?hot?issue?which?may?not?related?to?card?body?only.

??To?succeed?at?this?job,?you?must?have:?experience?with?card?body?printing?(Offset?&?Silkscreen)?specifically?familiar?with?payment?associations?rules?for?card?body?design.?Strong?knowledge?on?innovative?cards?experience?in?the?marketing.
To?succeed?at?this?job,?you?must?have:?experience?on?engineering?management?concept,?FEMA?concept?and?process?analysis?capability.
????It?would?be?preferred?if?you?have?knowledge?of?ISO?45000/?ISO50000?and?ISO27000?procedures.?Knowledge?of?FM?and?CMYKOB?printing?techno.?Also?has?the?network?in?China?printing?market?(with?machine?vendors/?ink?suppliers?etc)
You?must?be?intermediate?level?in?English?at?least.
