開發(fā)新工藝流程，評估及記錄新的及現(xiàn)有的工藝流程。評估及實施流程變更以持續(xù)提升品質(zhì)、生產(chǎn)力及設(shè)備綜合效率。
2.Application?of?lean?and?SixSigma?methods?(e.g.?PFMEA),?implement?technical?solutoins?including?statistical?methodology?to?meet?customer?cost,?quality?and?delivery?expectations.
應(yīng)用精益、六西格瑪方法（如PFMEA），實施統(tǒng)計學等科學方法以滿足客戶成本、質(zhì)量、交期等期望。
3.New?product?(injection?parts),??new?mold/mold?modification?design?review,?trial?run?and?optimization.?
對新產(chǎn)品(注塑件部分)、新模具/模具修改進行設(shè)計審查、試運行和優(yōu)化。
4.Be?proficient?at?injection?raw?material?and?has?ability?to?review?it?and?define?SOP,?flowchart?and?injection?parameters?according?to?the?physical/process?characteristics?requirements?of?different?materials.?
精通于注塑原材料分子，有能力對其成分進行審核并根據(jù)不同材料的物理特性、成型參數(shù)要求定義標準作業(yè)程序和注塑成型參數(shù)。
5.Actions?for?problem?solving.?Conduct?root?cause?analysis?of?product?quality?issue?and?equipment?failures-?develop?robust,?repeatable?solutions?to?prevent?reoccurrences.
