????1.?負(fù)責(zé)公司規(guī)章制度和勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律的執(zhí)行,對(duì)各崗位及其場(chǎng)所的勞動(dòng)、衛(wèi)生、安全情況進(jìn)行定期和不定期檢查。
????2.??負(fù)責(zé)人事行政工作的全模塊。
????3.??負(fù)責(zé)公司印鑒以及人事資料管理工作。
????4.?配合其他部門做好員工思想工作,受理并及時(shí)解決員工投訴和勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議事宜。
????5.負(fù)責(zé)與各相關(guān)政府部門的外聯(lián)工作。
????6.??負(fù)責(zé)本部門費(fèi)用的審批和控制。
????7.?負(fù)責(zé)公司來(lái)賓的接待安排,組織、協(xié)調(diào)公司各項(xiàng)會(huì)議,執(zhí)行落實(shí)公司各項(xiàng)總結(jié)評(píng)比和表彰活動(dòng)。
????8.?負(fù)責(zé)公司員工團(tuán)建,??員工關(guān)懷等事宜。
????9.??完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作事宜。

????任職資格
????
????·??????????教育背景:全日制人力資源、行政、法律或相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷。
????·??????????英文6級(jí)或以上
????·??????????工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真,原則性強(qiáng),有良好的執(zhí)行力及職業(yè)素養(yǎng);
????·??????????具有優(yōu)秀的書面、口頭表達(dá)能力、極強(qiáng)的親和力與服務(wù)意識(shí),溝通領(lǐng)悟能力,判斷決策能力強(qiáng);
????·??????????3年以上行政、人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有法律事務(wù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
????·??????????對(duì)人力資源管理事務(wù)性的工作有嫻熟的處理技巧,熟悉人事工作流程。
????·??????????熟悉國(guó)家、地區(qū)及企業(yè)關(guān)于合同管理、保險(xiǎn)福利和培訓(xùn)工作的相關(guān)方針和政策。

????Position:?HR?&?Admin?Specialist
????Responsibilities:
????1.?Responsible?for?implementing?rules,?regulations?and?labor??discipline,?and?conducting?regular?and?irregular?inspections?of?the?labor,??health?and?safety?conditions?of?each?position?and?its?place.
????2.?Responsible?for?full?functional?areas?of?HR?&?Admin?works.
????3.?Managing?company?seal?and?HR?documents.
????4.?Cooperate?with?other?departments?to?take?charge?of?the??ideological?work?of?employees,?handle?and?promptly?resolve?employee?complaints??and?labor?disputes.
????5.?Responsible?for?outreach?works?with?relevant?government??departments.
????6.?Responsible?for?the?approval?and?control?of?the?expenses?of??this?department.
????7.?Responsible?for?the?reception?arrangements?of?company?guests,??organizing?and?coordinating?company?meetings,?and?execute?evaluation?summary?and??commendation?activities?of?the?company.
????8.?Responsible?for?company?team?building,?employee?care?and??other?tasks.
????9.?Complete?other?tasks?assigned?by?superiors.
????Qualifications
????·??????????Educational?background:?Full-time??bachelor’s?degree?or?above,?majored?in?human?resources,?administration,?law?or??related?field.
????·??????????English?CET?6?or?above.
????·??????????Equipped?with?caring?and?responsible?personality,?strong??principle,?good?executive?ability?and?professional?quality;
????·??????????Have?excellent?written?and?oral?skills,?strong?affinity?and??service?awareness,?strong?communication,?judgment?and?decision-making?ability;
????·??????????3+?years?of?admin?and?human?resources?related?work?experience,??with?legal?affairs?related?experience?is?preferred.
????·??????????Skilled?in?routine?work?of?HR?management?and?familiar?with?HR?work??flow.
????·??????????Familiar?with?the?relevant?guidelines?and?policies?of?the??country,?regions?and?enterprises?on?contract?management,?insurance?benefits?and??trainings.
