Responsibilities:?--Management?and?Support?of?the?Product?Education?team?in?the?District/Territory?assigned.
1?Achieve?target?of?the?District/Territory?Assigned?and?to?control?the?expenses?allocated?by?the?management.
2?Manage?the?Product?Education?team?in?the?District/Territory?and?to?coach?the?team?to?achieve?organization?goals.
3?Supervise,?coach,?motivate,?develop?and?retain?the?Product?Education?staff?in?the?District/Territory.
4?Provide?services?and?maintain?rapport?with?customers?(hospitals,?pharmacies)
5?Actively?look?for?product?education?and?customer?service?opportunities?for?product?education?and?customer?service.?Example?is?to?exploit?and?develop?new?territories?and?markets?in?the?District/Territory.
6?Increase?team?members’?productivity?through?effective?planning,?joint?calls,?and?territory?management.
7?Other?duties?assigned?by?Manager.
Requirements:
+?University?degree,?preferably?in?business,?medical?or?paramedical?faculty.
+?Minimal?3?years?in?the?pharmaceutical/healthcare?industry,?and?minimal?1?year?in?product?education?supervisor?position.
+?Proficiency?in?both?verbal?and?written?English?and?Mandarin.
