4.?Analyze?the?effective?of?recruitment?channels
Monthly??HR?Report(15%)
1.?Finish?the?Monthly?Headcount??Report?according?to??personnel??changes?every?month
2.?Update?related?HR?information?and?data?of?South?China?????????????
Others(25%)
1.?Handle?HR?daily??work(new?staff??orientations/Employment/Resignation,?etc.?)??according?to?HR?Working?Procedures
2.?Support?the?employee’s?activities:??Annual?Dinner/Outing/Annual?Physical?Check-up?and?etc.
3.?Supporting??on?company?culture?develpment?
4.?Perform?related?duties?to?meet?the?on-going?needs?of?the?organization
Experience??&?Qualifications?Requirement:
???1.??College?degree?or?above,?majored?in?Human?Resources?Management?or??related?discipline;
???2.??At?least?1?years?experience?in?Human?Resources/Secretary?or??Administration.?Background?of?multi-national?companies?is?prefer
