??2.???負(fù)責(zé)用戶計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及硬件設(shè)備維護(hù),有較強(qiáng)的Helpdesk能力;
???????Be?responsible?for?the?maintenance?of?end?user?devices,?network?devices?and?other?hardware?equipment,?with?strong?Helpdesk?capability;?
??3.???負(fù)責(zé)快速響應(yīng)解決終端用戶在PC使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的故障(包括AP,防火墻,路由器,交換機(jī),服務(wù)器,IP電話等);
???????Be?responsible?for?quick?response?to?solve?the?issues?of?end?users?which?including?PC,?AP,?firewall,?router,?switch,?server,?IP?phone,?etc.;
??4.???負(fù)責(zé)安裝和處理用戶Windows系統(tǒng)以及解決和排除各種用戶軟件故障,包括ERP(金蝶)O365,WIN10,AD,文件服務(wù)器等
???????Be?responsible?for?end?user?OS?built,?troubleshoot?software?including?Windows10,?O365,?ERP,?AD?access?and?local?win?servers.
??5.???負(fù)責(zé)配合Global?IT各?相關(guān)職能部門處理?用戶以及工廠設(shè)施的相關(guān)IT業(yè)務(wù)單據(jù)。
???????Be?cooperate?with?relevant?functional?departments?of?Global?IT?to?deal?with?all?end?user?and?IT?infrastructure?ticket.?
??6.???負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)中國(guó)區(qū)的IT?事務(wù),包含上海公司所有IT相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù),以及中國(guó)區(qū)所有銷售的IT支持

??7.???負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)亞太區(qū)ERP金蝶系統(tǒng)(?包括太倉(cāng),上海以及馬來(lái)西亞?)
???????Be?responsible?of?the?maintenance?of?Kingdee?system?in?APAC?(Taicang,?shanghai?and?Malaysia)
??8.???負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控各種系統(tǒng)狀態(tài),保證運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,有獨(dú)立思考問(wèn)題和提出解決方法的能力

??Technical?Skills,?experience?and?knowledge崗位知識(shí)\管理\技能要求:
??1.???大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷
???????University?education?background?or?above?
??2.???計(jì)算機(jī)管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)
???????preferably?in?IT?management?or?others?related?major.?
??3.???至少3年以上跨國(guó)IT團(tuán)隊(duì)?桌面系統(tǒng)、軟硬件維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。??
???????At?least?3?years?IT?working?experience?of?hands-on?enterprise?experience?in?a?global?team?supporting?PC,?networking?and?end?user.????????????
??4.???英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫流利
???????Proficient?English?communication?skill?(written?and?verbal).
5.???對(duì)Windows有深入了解,精通office相關(guān)組件的使用,安裝,配置,維護(hù)和故障解決(了解Dell?,?思科設(shè)備者優(yōu)先);熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)、域環(huán)境,了解AD,SCCM的IT運(yùn)維,并有基本的問(wèn)題判斷及解決能力(?有MCSE、CCNA證書,者優(yōu)先);
