MAIN?TASKS?/?RESPONSIBILITIES
1.?Establish?plans?and?goals?for?each?project,?then?set?objectives,?assign?tasks,?allocate?budgets?and?make?timetables?for?achieving?intermediate?and?overall?goals,?also?set?review?dates?to?ensure?that?projects?remain?on?target;
2.?Lead?and?provide?input?and?direction?to?the?project?team?in?areas?of?customer?concerns,?potential?changes?in?scope?and?risk?assessment;
3.?Works?with?other?departments?(e.g.,?Manufacturing,?R&D,?Procurement,?Suppliers?etc.)?to?track?progress?and?provide?updates?on?any?changes?in?strategy?or?priorities;
4.?Drive?technical?issue?to?a?resolution.?Facilitate?the?team?integration?between?mechanical,?electrical?and?people?of?different?departments?such?as?Quality,?Manufacturing,?Design?and?SQE?and?ensure?a?common?solution?is?addressed;
