1.?Assist?plant?director?to?ensure?company?compliance?to?national?law?and?regulations.
協(xié)助廠長，確保公司運(yùn)營符合國家法律法規(guī)要求；
2.??Organizes?periodic?inspections?of?company?facilities,?equipment?and?operations?to?detect?existing?potential?risk,?health?or?environmental?hazards?and?recommends?corrective?measures?where?applicable.
定期組織檢查工廠的設(shè)備設(shè)施和操作，識別潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、職業(yè)健康與環(huán)境的危害，并建議合適的糾正措施；
3.?Participate?in?ISO14000\OHSAS18000?and?Work?Safety?Standardization?System?buildings.
參與ISO14000\OHSAS18000和安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的建立；
4.?Assess?new?products,?equipment,?processes?and?facilities?for?hazard?identification?and?compliance?with?regulatory?requirements?and?company?standards;?making?recommendations?if?necessary.
評估新產(chǎn)品、設(shè)備、流程和設(shè)施的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別，以符合法規(guī)要求和公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn);必要時(shí)提出建議；
5.?Make?sure?that?the?operations?related?to?occupational?health,?chemical,?special?work,?special?equipment,?hazardous?waste,?waste?classification?should?be?in?effective?control?in?plant?and?in?compliance?with?relevant?requirement.
確保職業(yè)健康、化學(xué)品、特殊工作、特種設(shè)備、危險(xiǎn)廢物和廢物分類的相關(guān)的操作應(yīng)在工廠內(nèi)有效控制并符合相關(guān)要求。
6.?Conducts?relevant?EHS?monitoring?with?other?departments?and?analyzes?the?actual?data?to?identify?opportunities?for?improvement,?and?be?sure?of?continuous?improvement?in?EHS?job.
與其他部門進(jìn)行相關(guān)的EHS監(jiān)測和分析實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)來識別改進(jìn)的機(jī)會,并確保持續(xù)改進(jìn)EHS工作。
7.?Prepare?data?and?information?of?daily,?monthly?EHS?meeting.
準(zhǔn)備每日及月度EHS會議的數(shù)據(jù)和信息；
8.?Responsible?for?PPE?procurement?and?standard?management.
負(fù)責(zé)PPE采購與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理。
9.?EHS?training?for?employee?and?contractor.
負(fù)責(zé)員工與供應(yīng)商EHS培訓(xùn)。
10.?Responsible?for?the?establishment?and?implementation?of?emergency?system.
負(fù)責(zé)緊急預(yù)案建立與實(shí)施。
11.?Monitor?the?maintenance?on?fire?fighting?system/spray?system,?provide?fire?safety?training.
消防系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理與培訓(xùn)
12.?Finish?relevant?report?according?to?company's?requirement?and?local?government.
根據(jù)工廠和當(dāng)?shù)卣笸瓿上鄳?yīng)報(bào)告；
13.?Acts?as?a?liaison?with?government,?external?regulatory?agencies,?suppliers?and?other?organizations.
負(fù)責(zé)與當(dāng)?shù)卣⑼獠勘O(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)、供應(yīng)商和其它組織的溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)
14.?Other?EHS?matters?appointed?by?plant?director
廠長交待的其它事務(wù)。
Requirements任職要求：
1.?Bachelor’s?degree.?Major?in?safety?or?environment?management,?machinery?manufacturing?and?automation,?chemical?process?or?relevant?fields.
2.?3+?years?professional?experience?in?EHS?field.?Chemical?industry?experience?is?preferred
3.?Knowledge?of?safety?regulations?and?laws,?standards.
4.?Analytical?capability
5.?Good?communication?in?English?and?Chinese
