領(lǐng)導(dǎo)內(nèi)部設(shè)計經(jīng)理與本地和海外設(shè)計顧問保持聯(lián)系至項目完成。
4.Provide?and?validate??planning,?cost?and?time?assumption?during??Deal?sourcing?;?deriving?planning?vision?and?determining?integrated?development?brief?with?other?departments.

任職要求：
1.Master/?Bachelor?Degree?in?Architecture.
建筑學(xué)專業(yè)，碩士/本科學(xué)歷。
2.Minimum?post-graduate?15?years?of?experience?working?in?Architectural??Consultant?firm/?LDI/?Property?Developers,?with?at?least??min?5?years?holding?senior?managerial?role?in?Design?Management.
至少15年在建筑咨詢公司/?LDI/房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商工作經(jīng)驗，至少5年在設(shè)計管理中擔(dān)任高級管理角色。
3.Possess?strong?design?flair?and?meticulous?to?details.
具有較強的設(shè)計能力，關(guān)注細節(jié)。
4.Conversant?with?planning,?design?and?building?regulations?of?residential?and?preferably?also?business?parks?projects?in?PRC.
熟悉PRC住宅及商業(yè)園項目的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計和建筑法規(guī)。
5.Proficiency?in?both?English?and?Mandarin.
精通英語和國語。
6.Well?versed?in?PowerPoint?is?a?must,?with?hands-on?skills??in?Photoshop?and?SkectchUp?an?additional?advantage.
精通PowerPoint，必須具備PS圖象處理軟件,?熟悉SkutChup是優(yōu)勢。
