?操作海運(yùn)出口（或進(jìn)口）整套流程及單證（一單到底：客服、操作及單證）。
-?Ensure?efficiency?and?shipment??fulfilment.
確保正確高效的貨物運(yùn)輸安排。
-?Assist?in?planning?for?outgoing?shipment.
選擇、計(jì)劃船期。
-?Liaise?with?clients?on?shipment??issues.
與客戶溝通協(xié)調(diào)貨物運(yùn)輸事宜。
-?Working?closely?with?various??logistics?service?providers.
與各個(gè)服務(wù)供應(yīng)商溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
-?Co-ordinate?with?carriers,??vendors,?overseas?offices?and?customers?to?ensure?smooth?transactions.
與船公司、供應(yīng)商及海外分公司及海外客戶溝通協(xié)調(diào)，確保業(yè)務(wù)順暢操作。
-?Track?deliveries?to?ensure?cost??effectiveness.
跟蹤交貨并確保成本效率。
-?Checking?ocean?freight?rates.
查詢海運(yùn)價(jià)格。
-?Handle?billing,?costings?and??ensure?prompt?invoicing?to?customers.
處理單證、開票、成本并確保及時(shí)開票給客戶。
-?Other?adhoc?duties?as?assigned.?

Requirements?
任職資格
-?A?minimum?Junior?College?Diploma??in?Logistics,?Supply?Chain?Management,?Business?English?or?the?equivalent.
大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，物流管理或商務(wù)英語相關(guān)專業(yè)。
-?3?years?of?relevant?experience?in??freight?forwarding?industry.
3年左右貨代行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
-?Good?communication?and?people??skills.
溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng)。
-??Able?to?work?independently?with?minimal?supervision.
積極主動(dòng)，獨(dú)立工作能力強(qiáng)。
-??Knowledge?of?customs?declaration?and?Tradenet.?
具備清關(guān)和航線相關(guān)知識(shí)。
-??Knowledge?of?ocean?export?processes.
具備海運(yùn)出口知識(shí)。
-?Meticulous,??ability?to?multi-task?and?able?to?work?in?fast?pace?environment.
