-?Oversee?import,?export?and?billing?processes?and?procedures?of?the?Airfreight?business.
-?Oversee?sales?process?and?all?aspects?of?Air?operations.?
-?Coordinate?with?agents,?carriers,?vendors,?overseas?offices?and?customers?to?ensure?smooth?transactions.?
-?Ensure?the?capacity?and?procurement?strategy,?as?well?as?its?execution,?is?in?line?with?the?Group’s.
-?Set?up?capacity?planning?based?on?the?carrier?strategy,?trade?lane?plans?and?guidelines.
-?Maintain?and?cultivate?local?relationships?with?carriers.
-?Oversee?cost?control?and?bottom?line?of?the?business.?Oversee?execution?of?sales?strategies,?jointly?with?the?Sales?department,?to?achieve?given?growth?targets.
-?Coordinate?critical?operational?interventions.
-?Define,?optimize?and?implement?local?standards?and?guidelines.
-?Monitor?performance?of?the?department?(eg.?Productivity,?quality?of?service,?data,?subcontractors,?incident?management)?and?direct?corrective?actions.
-?Drive?continuous?improvement?of?Air?Freight?operations.
-?Supervise,?develop?and?coach?staff.
??Job?Holder?Requirements
?-?A?minimum?Bachelor’s?degree?in?Logistics,?Supply?Chain?Management,?or?the?equivalent.
?-?A?minimum?5?years?in?management?positions?in??Airfreight?or?the?Logistics?or?Freight?Forwarding?industry.?
-?In-depth?knowledge?of?the?Logistics?or?Freight?Forwarding?industry,?particularly?in?Airfreight.
-?Strong?leadership?and?decision?making?skills.
-?Good?communication?and?people?skills.
-?Strong?trade?net?skills.
