1.?Training?&?Development
??Work?with?HR?Manager?to?identify?training?needs,?prepare?annual?training?budget?and?execute?training?plans
??Support?to?develop?effective?training?system?to?grow?and?motivate?employees?within?approved?budget
2.?Staffing
??Handling?employment?paper?work?incl.?license,?visa,?health?check?etc.
??Provide?orientation?to?new?employees
??Handling?routing?employee?inquiries?and?information
??Process?formalities?for?employee?hiring,?promotion,?transfer?and?exit?etc.
3.?Reporting
??Prepare?monthly?HR?reports?when?required
??Maintain?proper?HR?records?and?update?systems?accordingly
??HR?documents?filing?and?ensure?compliant?with?audit?standard
4.?Compensation?and?Benefit
??Assist?in?employee?benefit?and?retention?programs?incl.?medical?insurance,?salary?review,?bonus?and?enterprise?annuity?review?etc.
Education/Experience/?Qualifications:
?Bachelor?degree?in?Business?Administration,?Human?Resources,?Industrial?Relations,
Industrial?/?Organizational?Psychology?or?other?relevant?majors
??Minimum?3?–?5?years?of?direct?HR?experience?with?general?responsibilities?covering?training,
compensation?and?benefits,?recruiting,?development?and?performance?management
?Outstanding?communication,?coaching?and?interpersonal?skills?with?the?ability?to?work?effectively?with?staffs?at?all?levels?in?division
??Mature?with?positive?attitude,?reliable,?accountable?with?discretion?and?confidentiality
??Sound?knowledge?of?labor?law?and?related?government?regulations
??Excellent?oral?and?written?communication?skills?in?Chinese?and?English
??Excellent?computer?skills?with?sound?knowledge?of?Microsoft?office?softwares
??SAP?experience?is?preferred.
