1.Lean?Six?Sigma?Leadership:??Support?manufacturing?manager?to?set?operating?targets?for?key?metrics?by?aligning?P＆L?requirements.??Implement?the?Lean?6?Sigma?training?program?and?implementation?roadmap.??Communicate?Lean?Six?Sigma?methodology，keeping?project?champions,?key?stakeholders?and?operating?committees?engaged.?Replicate?successful?projects?from?other?plants?to?accelerate?implementation?speed.??Communicate?Best?Practices?and?learnings?with?Regional?Lean?Leader?and?other?plants.??
主導(dǎo)精益生產(chǎn)：協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理根據(jù)工廠P＆L目標(biāo)要求設(shè)定關(guān)鍵運(yùn)營(yíng)指標(biāo)。實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)并落實(shí)實(shí)施路線圖，做好精益生產(chǎn)方法的宣傳，保持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、利益相關(guān)者和運(yùn)作委員會(huì)持續(xù)改進(jìn)的熱忱。將其它工廠成功的項(xiàng)目快速?gòu)?fù)制到廈門工廠以加快實(shí)施速度。與區(qū)域精益負(fù)責(zé)人和其它工廠精益團(tuán)隊(duì)分享學(xué)習(xí)***項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐；
2.Manufacturing?Metrics:??Work?with?manufacturing?and?finance?teams?to?report?agreed?dashboard?for?productivity,?throughput,?quality?and?other?key?lean?metrics.
生產(chǎn)制造衡量指標(biāo)：與制造及財(cái)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，報(bào)告經(jīng)共同認(rèn)可的關(guān)于生產(chǎn)力、產(chǎn)量、質(zhì)量以及其它關(guān)鍵精益生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)；
3.Coaching?＆?Consulting:??Work?with?global?LSS?support?team,?act?as?a?resource?to?Ansell?Xiamen?Plant?to?provide?consulting?on?tools,?skill?development?and?opportunity?assessment,?to?improve?Safety,?Quality,?Service,?Cash.??
咨詢與指導(dǎo)：與集團(tuán)LSS團(tuán)隊(duì)合作為廈門工廠提供關(guān)于工具、技能發(fā)展和改進(jìn)機(jī)會(huì)評(píng)估等方面的咨詢和指導(dǎo)，從而提高安全質(zhì)量、服務(wù)、成本等方面的業(yè)績(jī)。
4.Reporting?＆?Recording:??Ensure?that?reports?and?statistical?information?are?prepared?and?submitted?on?a?timely?basis.
記錄與匯報(bào)：確保報(bào)告與統(tǒng)計(jì)信息都能正確、準(zhǔn)時(shí)提交。
Job?Requirements?任職要求：
1.Minimum?of?a?Bachelor’s?degree?in?Engineering?or?Science?Related?Field.
工程或與技術(shù)相關(guān)專業(yè)，大學(xué)本科
2.5+?years?of?manufacturing?＆?operations?experience,?2+?years?of?which?are?in?a?leadership?role?required.
5年以上制造工廠經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少2年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Fluent?in?English?is?must
流利的英語(yǔ)讀、寫、聽(tīng)、說(shuō)能力
4.Proficient?in?Lean?Six?Sigma?principles?and?Project?Management?leadership.??Black?Belt?certification?is?preferred.
精通精益生產(chǎn)原理并具備項(xiàng)目管理能力，有六西格瑪黑帶證書更佳。
5.Good?communicator?with?sound?problem?solving?and?statistical?skills.
良好的溝通和解決問(wèn)題能力，具有優(yōu)秀的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析能力。
