Responsibilities:
1.?manage?the?entire?recruitment?process?for?positions?in?Changzhou?site/Wuxi?Branch.
2.?supervise?and?monitor?day?to?day?HR?operation?and?adminitration?activities?including?but?not?limited?to?the?whole?employee?lifecycle?management(?hiring,?probation,?promotion,?adjustment)?filing,?etc.
3.?participate?in?the?annual?manpower?planning?process,?develop?and?carry?out?the?recruitment?and?training?plan.?
4.?regional?training?program?coordination?and?administration?support
5.?responsible?for?regional?implementation?on?key?HR?programs,?policies?and?process.
6.?provide?feedback?to?HR?manager?on?local?labor?regulation?updates?to?ensure?all?HR?program?are?fully?compliance?with?local?labor?regulation.
7.?manage?the?incentive?program?,?collect?and?analyse?the?report,?work?out?the?improvement?report.
Requirement:
1.?university?degree?in?business,?HR
2.?A?minimum?of?5?years'?experience?in?HR,?3?years?above?as?the?role?in?the?site?HRBP.
3.?familiar?with?the?all?HR?module,?especially?in?recruitment/performance/training.?
4.?solid?understanding?of?China?HR?practices,?rules,?policy?and?procedures.
5.?Knowledgeable?on?Microsoft?Excel?and?office.
6.?good?spoken?and?written?English.
7.strong?communication?skills
8.?good?at?coordination?and?organization
9.?project?management
10.work?under?high?stress.
