Responsibilities:
Reviewing?all?kinds?of?expenses?and?the?reimbursement,?scanning?original?fapiao?and?save?in?share?disk.
Cash?management,?issuing?check?and?the?receipt.
Conducting?online?banking?payment.
Liaising?with?bank?and?tax?offices.
Invoice?issue,?registration,?especially?the?VAT?invoice.
Conducting?company?information?amendment?at?bank.
Preparing?cash?report.
Bidding?accounting?books.
Other?assignments?given?by?Beijing?managers.
Requirements:
Good?in?written?English?and?strong?PC?skills;?
University?degree?in?accounting?or?finance,?qualified?accountant;
At?least?1?year?cashier?experience?and?issuing?VAT?invoice?experience,?or?in?foreign?company?or?manufacturing?company?accounting?work?experience?will?be?an?advantage;
Independent,?self-motivated,?mature?and?well?organized.
Outgoing,?good?communication?and?team?work?spirit.
Beijing?citizen?will?be?a?plus.
