?????開發(fā)分散顏料的表面處理及相關(guān)NPD護(hù)膚品,化妝品和個(gè)人護(hù)理為整個(gè)亞洲市場(chǎng)以支持，讓銷售獲得新的勝利；
Responsible?for???????R&D?in?lab?and?then?transfer?the?formula?and?process?to?production?
????負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的研發(fā)工作，然后將配方和流程運(yùn)用到生產(chǎn)；
Communicate???????internally?with?different?affiliates’?R&D?team,?China?production?team,???????QC?team?and?other?related?team?to?ensure?new?products?can?be?launched

Knowledge?and?Skill??Requirements:
知識(shí)和技能要求：
3-10?years?working?experience?in?pigment?or???????related?industry???3?-?10年顏料或相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Familiar?with?mineral?&?organic?pigments,???????different?pigments?dispersions?system?and?the?equipment,?know?the?pigments???????dispersion?whole?R&D?procedure??熟悉礦物和有機(jī)顏料,不同的顏料分散體系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備,知道顏料分散整個(gè)研發(fā)過(guò)程；
Good?communication?skills?and?good?team???????player??擁有良好的溝通技能和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
Very?responsible?and?quick?response?per???????project?request?and?love?lab?R&D?work??高度的責(zé)任心和對(duì)項(xiàng)目的迅速響應(yīng)，熱愛(ài)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的研發(fā)工作；
