This?role?will?be?responsible?for?development?and??implementation?for?a?luxury?auto?brand?non-technical?training?system.?The??objective?of?this?role?is?to?provide?training?system?building?logic,?training??path?and?certification?optimization?solutions?for?dealership?key?personnel,??base?on?which,?develop?effective?materials,?and?ensuring?the?output?quality??meets?customer?standard.?
Responsibilities:
Be?responsible?for?training?system??development,?after?sales?non-tech?training?material?development.?Implement?TTT??session?and?training/?coaching?execution?sessions.
Plan,?compose?and?deliver?training?material??and?training?session?based?on?the?needs.
Tracking?and?monitoring?training?result,??evaluate?after?training?performance?with?PMO?team.
Providing?alignment?with?project?trainers??on?understanding?of?training?material?and?identifying?calibration?needs.
????????????????????????????????Provide?necessary?support?for?OEM?events?such?as??new?model?launch,?media?events,?and?customer?experience?activities.
Special?skills,??qualifications,?work?experience?and?background?checks?(Include?language,?industry?experience,?years?of??experience,?education,?certifications,?etc.)

Bachelor?degree?or?above.
Excellent?communication??skills?in?both?English?and?Chinese?(written?and?verbal).
Training?System??building?and?development?experience?needed.?
Good?understanding?of?auto??industy?in?China.?At?least?5?years’training?and?consulting?experience?in?auto??industry.?Management?experience?in?dealership?expecially?for?luxury?automotive??OEM?is?preferred.
Luxury?brands(?other?than??auto?industry)?retial,?management?training?services?experences?is?preferred.
Be?able?to?work?under??pressure,?high?integrity?and?a?good?team?player.
Common?computer?skill?(MS??office)
