擁有至少5年以上高品質(zhì)店鋪室內(nèi)家具安裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及安裝隊(duì)伍監(jiān)督經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，有施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指揮操作能力，能一直工作在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)保證安裝項(xiàng)目保質(zhì)保量按時(shí)交接完成
能夠理解公司的價(jià)值觀，非常嚴(yán)格的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求和及時(shí)交貨的重要性
根據(jù)客戶(hù)的要求，同項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和工廠做好協(xié)調(diào)工作
熟悉使用在公司產(chǎn)品上的各類(lèi)材質(zhì)（木材，金屬，玻璃，皮革）

Tasks?–?Under?supervision?of?the?Production?Manager,?direct?and?execute?all?installation?works?according?to?the?instructions?of?the?Technical?Department?(and?in?coordination?with?the?Project?Leader)?
Performance?concerns?-?Be?actively?involved?in?the?relentless?effort?to?offer?our?clients?the?best?service?and?participate?in?the?continuous?improvement?of?the?production?processes.?Represent?the?Company?image,?values?and?interests?on?site.

Requirements:

High?school?or?above?degree,?wood?science?and?technology?preferred;
5?years?or?above?experience?in?installation?of?high?quality?shop?interiors?and?in?supervision?of?installation?teams;
Good?leadership?skills,?hands-on?approach?to?site?management,?able?to?work?with?autonomy?and?assure?a?permanent?presence?until?handover?to?client;
Capable?to?understand?the?Company?values?of?Client?service,?the?very?demanding?quality?requirements?of?our?products?and?the?importance?of?timely?delivery;
Scheduling?tasks?according?to?client′s?requests,?in?coordination?with?project?managers?and?factory;
Comfortable?with?the?wide?range?of?different?materials?used?in?in?our?products?(wood,?metal,?glass,?leather);
