職位描述:
1.作為業(yè)務伙伴,?提供專業(yè)HR服務支持公司長期、中、短期的業(yè)務/部門發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和人力資源戰(zhàn)略;
Provide?account?servicing?and?work?as?business?partners?to?support?company’s?long?term,?medium?and?short
term?business?/department?development?strategy?and?human?resource?strategy;?
?2.針對復雜的員工關系和人力資源問題提供解決方案和建議;?Provide?advice?and?counsel?on
multiple?initiatives?and?recommending?solutions?to?complex?employee?relations
and?HR?issues;
?3.找出人力資源可以為業(yè)務增加價值的新機會?Identify?new?opportunities?where
HR?can?add?value?to?the?business
?4.與人力資源部其他職能部門的同事合作,共享信息和資源,共同完成和推動團隊項目Cooperate?with?colleague?with
other?functions?within?Human?Resource?department,?share?information?and
resources,?and?work?together?to?complete?and?drive?team?projects.
?5.針對業(yè)務團隊情況,清晰勝任力素質模型,設計人員成長路徑及人員培養(yǎng)方案,有效制定和實施人才發(fā)展計劃,并制定核心團隊的繼任者計劃。Based?on?the?business,?understand
the?competency?model,?design?the?career?path?and?training?program,?design?and
implement?the?talent?development?plan?and?formulate?the?successor?plan?of?business
team.
?6.負責業(yè)務線崗位招聘,確保招聘的速度與質量Responsible?for?the?recruitment
of?business?positions,?ensure?the?speed?and?quality?of?recruitment;
?7.依據(jù)業(yè)務導向,不斷優(yōu)化與改進業(yè)務線的考核與激勵方案;According?to?the?business
direction,?constantly?optimize?and?improve?the?business?KPI?ranking?system?and
incentive?scheme;
?8.組織本業(yè)務部門員工的績效管理、培訓等工作,促進員工績效改進;Organize?the?performance
management,?training?of?the?business?department,?improvement?of?staffs’?performance;
?9.監(jiān)控勞動力成本,人效產(chǎn)出,對業(yè)務線人員預算編制及監(jiān)督執(zhí)行負責,確保整體成本有效性得到提升;Monitor?the?labor?cost?and?human
efficiency?output,?responsible?for?the?budgeting?and?implementation?of?the
personnel?in?the?business?team,?to?ensure?the?overall?cost?effectiveness?is
improved;
?10.制訂并執(zhí)行各業(yè)務部門HR年度工作計劃和WCM?的PD?活動;使用Workday系統(tǒng)管理人員信息。Design?and?implement?the?annual?HR?plan?of
business?and?conduct?WCM?PD?activities;?Use?the?Workday?system?to?manage?personnel
information.
?11.作為業(yè)務部門和人力資源之間的聯(lián)絡人,確保人力資源服務與內(nèi)部客戶的需求保持一致?Act?as?a?liaison?between?the
line?and?HR?to?ensure?that?HR?services?are?aligned?with?internal?client?needs
?12.完成上級領導安排的其他工作任務。Other?tasks?assigned?by?superior
leader.

?任職要求?:
?1.本科以上學歷,銷售(包括銷售分析),市場,及人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(2-5年),有獨立支持業(yè)務部門的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮;?Bachelor?degree?or?above,?experiences?in?sales?(including?sales
analysis),?marketing?or?human?resources(?2-5years)?;?experience?in?supporting
business?department?independently?is?preferred;
?2.對于業(yè)務團隊有長期支持經(jīng)驗,對于激勵與培養(yǎng)發(fā)展有獨到見解;Long?term?support?experience?for
business?team,?have?unique?insight?on?motivation?and?people?development;

professional?guidance?and?support?to?the?business?department;
?5.熟悉常用計算機軟件,如Windows、word、Excel等;?Practical?knowledge?in?common

?6.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;?Good?command?of?oral?and
