1、作為業(yè)務(wù)的HR對(duì)接人,提供全方位的HR服務(wù),以保證業(yè)務(wù)成功。
2、確保人力資源方案有效執(zhí)行已達(dá)到業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)期
3、負(fù)責(zé)管理本業(yè)務(wù)單元內(nèi)的干部管理與企業(yè)文化落地工作。
4、系統(tǒng)解決員工關(guān)系問(wèn)題
5、與其他HRBP合作推行公司的HR項(xiàng)目。
6、積極分析改進(jìn)點(diǎn),確??梢蕴崆邦A(yù)警HR風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控點(diǎn)。
7、在本業(yè)務(wù)單元及時(shí)宣貫HR政策。
8、?與HRBP?經(jīng)理一起討論基于業(yè)務(wù)需求的項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃及落地。
9、?負(fù)責(zé)本業(yè)務(wù)單元人力預(yù)算
任職要求:
Basic?qualifications:
1.Bachelor?degree?or?above,?Fluent?in?English.
2.10+?all?HR?function?experience.?HRG?or?HRM?experience?prefer.
3.Be?flexible?and?available?to?interact?with?employees?at?all?levels.
4.Be?self-directed?and?motivated;?Strong?communication?&?facilitation?Skills;?
Strong?interpersonal?skills;?Project?Management?Skills;?Strong?Labor?Law?Knowledge;
Capability?to?make?independent?judgment.
5.Strong?HR?project?design?and?execution?experience.
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷.英語(yǔ)熟練。
2、10年以上人力資源全面經(jīng)驗(yàn),HRG或HR經(jīng)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)***。
3、可以和各個(gè)層級(jí)的員工對(duì)話。
4、自我激勵(lì),較強(qiáng)的溝通和引導(dǎo)技巧,人際交往技巧,項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí),勞動(dòng)法知識(shí),獨(dú)立思考及判斷能力。
5、具有很強(qiáng)的HR項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃及執(zhí)行能力。
