General?Tasks
1.?Promptly?report?design?progress?to?senior?engineers,?design?group?director?and?frequently?communicate?with?sales?group?staff.?
2.?Organize?and?coordinate?the?technical?proposal?in?sales?phase?with?sales?manager?
3.?Finish?the?process?calculation?and?concept?design?on?Budget?phase,?coordinate?all?the?procedure?in?the?bidding?and?design?phase.?
4.?Take?part?in?pre-sale?and?after-sale?service.??
5.?Instruct?the?assistant?engineers?to?carry?out?design?work.?
6.?Fulfil?the?temporary?task?assigned?by?the?dept.?and?the?company.
7.?Be?responsible?for?quality?and?schedule?of?one’s?relating?work.
Key?Capabilities?
1.?Familiar?with?the?different?processes?and?latest?technology?in?related?research.?Stepping?up?the?concept?finding?discussion?and?development?of?plant?concepts?designed?to?meet?the?client's?requirement.?
2.?Development?of?process-?and?plant?concepts?on?the?basis?of?the?performance?requirements,?interpretation-?and?evaluation?criteria?of?the?client?as?well?as?under?consideration?of?standardization?and?cost?aspects.
