1.????????公司總機(jī)的接聽,轉(zhuǎn)接外部電話;Take??and?transfer?phone?calls?from?external;?
2.????????輔助日常行政工作,比如協(xié)助辦公車輛管理,文具管理,賬單核對(duì)等;
Daily??administration,?such?as?vechicles?topics,?stationary,?bill?sorting,etc.
3.????????公司郵件收發(fā)管理:郵件及快遞的收發(fā)和寄送;
Managing?in-and-out?mails?and?express?and?monitor?waybill?for?domestic?express;
4.????????為在客戶休息區(qū)的客戶提供服務(wù)工作,并時(shí)刻保持休息區(qū)內(nèi)環(huán)境的整潔;
Provide?service?for?customers?in?the?rest?area,?and??keep?the?environment?clean;
5.????????定期或者不定期的員工辦公用車、食堂的滿意度調(diào)查;

6.????????協(xié)助辦公區(qū)域維修工作;辦公室設(shè)備報(bào)修、物業(yè)報(bào)修及物業(yè)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作;

7.?????????執(zhí)行前臺(tái)工作流程,接待、送別來訪客人,管理并發(fā)放訪客卡;

8.????????協(xié)調(diào)及接待來電和來訪。根據(jù)來訪客人安排到相應(yīng)的會(huì)客室,并通知相應(yīng)部門負(fù)責(zé)人;

任職資格
Qualification
l???本科以上學(xué)歷,可接收應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生;
Bachelor’s?Degree?or??above.
l???有良好的職業(yè)形象和氣質(zhì),懂得基本的接待禮儀;
Have?good?image?and??temperament,know?about?basic?reception;
l???英語聽說讀寫流利;
Good?verbal?and?written??english;
l??能夠及時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)來訪客人,處理緊急事件的能力;
Ability?to?deal?with?emergencies?on?time;
l???具備強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感,優(yōu)秀的溝通能力,耐心、細(xì)心;
Strong?sense?of??responsibility,?excellent?communication?skills,?patience?and?carefulness;
l??基本的電腦辦公軟件(Word,Excel)操作能力。
