崗位職責(zé)Duties:：
1、5-12歲學(xué)生英語課程?（有青少兒英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮）；

2、做好帶班的班級(jí)管理及教務(wù)管理工作；

3、課堂需有條理，由淺入深，語音清晰，給予學(xué)生表達(dá)的機(jī)會(huì)；
Classroom?needs?to?be?organized?orderly,?from?easy?to??difficult,?clear?pronunciation,?and?providing?opportunities?for?students?to??express?themselves.
4、對于英語教學(xué)有自己的想法，能接受先進(jìn)的教育理念與方法；
Have?personal?concepts?for?English?teaching,?ready?to??accept?advanced?educational?concepts?and?methods;
5、對待家長與孩子須有責(zé)任感；
To?treat?parents?and?children?with?a?sense?of??responsibility;
6、積極參與學(xué)校和部門組織的各種培訓(xùn)、教研、講座和會(huì)議等活動(dòng)；
To?actively?participate?in?various?training,?teaching??research,?lectures?and?conferences?and?other?activities?organized?by?schools??and?departments.
7、完成教學(xué)部門安排的其他任務(wù)；
To?complete?other?tasks?arranged?by?the?teaching??department;
8、有公開課、招生課經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先；

任職資格Qualifications：?
1.本科或以上學(xué)歷，英語或英語教育專業(yè)（師范類英語專業(yè)優(yōu)先），英語專業(yè)六級(jí)，讀寫說流利，特別要求語音過關(guān)，語音不好者勿投；

1-3?years?of?English?teaching?experience;?previous??teaching?experience?in?English?training?center?is?preferred.
3.?精通英語教學(xué)方法，擅用肢體語言，授課生動(dòng)活潑，熱愛教育事業(yè)，愿意長期致力于教育工作；?
Proficient?in?English?teaching?methods,?using?body??language,?teaching?lively,?loving?education,?and?willing?to?work?hard?for?a??long?time.
4.有較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)水平、組織教學(xué)能力和良好的應(yīng)變能力；

5.語言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)，聲音甜美、個(gè)性開朗，善于與孩子及家長溝通、交流；?
