Job?Responsibilities:?1.Manage?FSE?team?service?and?support?probe?card?installation,?use?and?repair,?solve?probe?card?issue?for?customer.?2.?Judge?the?probe?card?status?according?customer?field?information,?provide?the?setup?and?maintenance?recipe,?do?necessary?repair?on?customer?site?if?needed.?3.?Lead?team?trace?some?complex?issue?of?probe?card,find?the?root?cause?and?work?out?the?solution.?Arrange?service?personnel?work?according?to?customers?support?requirements.?4.?Manage?the?RMA?cases?in?repair?center,?arrange?the?repair?work?for?the?team.?5.?Communicate?to?headquarter?or?internal?technical?group?for?technical?issue?feedback,?collect?and?follow?up?all?service?cases?in?local.?6.?Selects,?develops?and?evaluates?personnel?to?ensure?the?efficient?operation?of?the?function.?Job?Requirements:?1.Bachelor's?degree?in?Engineering?required?(preferably?Electrical,?Microelectronics)?2.Strong?interpersonal?skills,?excellent?communication?and?leadership?skills:?both?written?and?oral?3.Analytical?skills?to?collection?of?data?for?analysis?and?debug?4.Willingness?to?travel?to?other?field?and?customer?locations?for?the?onsite?support?within?and?outside?China?5.Fluency?in?Mandarin.?English?reading/writing?capability?with?basic?verbal?fluency.
