?Processing?and?Reporting?
?·?????????Overview?the?recruiter’s?tracking?system?and?make?sure?it’s?working?effectively?and?efficiently?
?·?????????Weekly?report?on?recruitment?status,?vendor?performance?and?trend?analysis?
?·?????????Monthly?and?quarterly?national?data?analysis?and?reporting?
?Communication?and?Meetings?
?·?????????Communication?with?vendors?on?requirement?changes?and?performance?review?
?·?????????Communication?with?several?internal?departments?(HR,?Finance,?Service,?Training,?etc.)?
?·?????????As?needed,?communicate?with?Regional?Service?Directors?and?Area?Service?Directors?about?strategy,?challenges,?and?opportunities?in?headcount?fulfillment?in?their?respective?Region?and?Area?

?·?????????Minimum?of?1-Year?WSE?Experience?in?management?and/or?previous?recruiting?experience?
?·?????????Understanding?of?global?ESL?landscape?and?ambassador-like?mentality?of?China;?sympathetic?to?challenges?of?living?abroad?
