Job?Requirements:
1.?You?hold?an?academic?degree?and?at?least?5?years’?experience?of?working?with?HR?recruiting?function,?preferably?with?an?international?company.
2.?You?are?familiar?with?all?details?in?Chinese?staff?and?employment?laws?and?stay?updated?on?the?latest?news?and?changes.
3.?You?have?comprehensive?experience?and?knowledge?of?HR?related?tasks,?supporting?your?company’s?management.
4.?You?possess?keen?communication?skills?in?both?written?and?spoken?English,?and?it?is?no?challenge?for?you?to?conduct?telephone?conversations?in?English.
5.?You?communicate?well?with?people?both?internally?and?externally.
6.?You?take?a?structured?approach?to?your?work?and?being?responsible?comes?natural?to?you.
