JOB?PURPOSE:
Patent?Specialist?targets?to?discover,?collect?and?creat?valuable?ideas?for?patent?preparation?purpose?in?the?company,?to?draft,?write?and?compete?patent?submission?annually?for?the?assigned?factory?in?China.?
崗位職責(zé)：
-?Responsible?for?searching?technical?novelty,?project?application,?patent?and?intellectual?property?planning?etc.?to?achieve?the?goal?of?the?company.
-?Assist?the?Application?Engineers?to?discover?the?innovation?points?of?patent,?to?draft?and?complete?the?patent?disclosure.
-?Communicate?with?the?agency?for?patent?application,?track?the?progress?of?patent?application,?and?maintain?the?patent?right?in?the?later?stage.
-?Responsible?for?the?OA?Reply?of?patent?application?and?patent?invalidation,?deal?with?and?reply?to?the?examination?opinions?of?the?examiner?of?the?patent?office.?
-?Responsible?for?searching?and?analyzing?both?domestic?and?abroad?patent?documents.?Collect?various?patent?documents,?scientific?papers,?technical?standards?and?other?information?as?demanding.
-?Complete?inquiring?the?patent?information?of?the?industries?and?competitors.?Provide?the?latest?information?to?Application?Engineer?in?time.
-?Construct?and?manage?patent?documents?in?the?company.
-?Assist?the?manager?to?complete?patent?research?and?analysis,?such?as?project?feasibility,?infringement?analysis,?patent?analysis,?IP?due?diligence?and?other?research?and?analysis?related?to?intellectual?property?rights.
-?Assist?the?manager?to?complete?the?intellectual?property?management?and?provide?professional?advice?for?the?creation?and?layout?of?intellectual?property.
-?Assist?the?manager?to?complete?the?implementation?of?the?company's?intellectual?property?system.
-?Complete?other?tasks?assigned?by?leaders.
任職要求：
-?Bachelor’s?degree?or?above,?major?in?Materials?Science?and?Engineering,?Chemical?Engineering?and?Technology,?Analytical?Chemistry?or?other?chemistry?related?majors.
-?Good?understanding?and?induction?skills,?and?certain?English?reading?ability.
-?Over?2?years?of?experience?in?discovering?and?writing?patent?with?knowledge?of?electroplating.
-?Familiar?with?China's?patent?legal?system,?patent?layout,?patent?writing?and?review?process.
-?Patent?Agency?Certificate?is?preferred.
-?Familiar?with?patent?database?retrieval?and?professional?literature?retrieval.
-?Good?writing?skills?on?technical?solutions?of?patent.
-?Excellent?capability?of?patent?judgment?and?infringement?judgment,?is?able?to?preliminarily?judge?the?patentability?and?infringement?of?the?company's?key?projects.
-?Good?skill?of?patent?OA?reply,?excellent?communication?and?coordination?ability,?be?able?to?communicate?well?with?the?relative?department,?and?deal?with?the?examination?opinions?of?the?examiner?of?the?patent?office.
