崗位職責
1.?協(xié)助海外中心處理涉外法務(wù)相關(guān)管理及執(zhí)行工作，尤其是供應商合同審核、涉外法律風險防控等相關(guān)事宜。
?2.?配合商務(wù)和技術(shù)部門進行公司各類合同等法律文書的起草、審查、修改。
?3.?提供法律咨詢和公司經(jīng)營管理相關(guān)的法律信息。
4.?對各項法律、法規(guī)及合規(guī)問題進行法律研究。
5.?協(xié)助聯(lián)絡(luò)外部律師、中介機構(gòu)。
任職條件
1.?全日制法學本科或以上學歷（碩士優(yōu)先）。
2.?熟練掌握合同法、公司法、證券法、國際法等民商事法律。
3.?具有至少2-3年商業(yè)法務(wù)經(jīng)驗。
4.?具有涉外法務(wù)工作經(jīng)歷會優(yōu)先考慮。
5.?英文聽說讀寫流利，能夠勝任英文合同審核及基本英文法律談判、合同條款溝通等。
6.?對工作認真負責、積極主動，注重細節(jié)，?具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力與溝通能力。
7.?具有較強的分析、處理、應變及獨立解決法律問題的能力。

Job?Description
The?role?of?the?In-House?Legal?Counsel?is?to?support?business?teams?within?CDNetworks?(an?acquisition?partner?of?ChinaNetCenter)?and?its?affiliated?companies?to?conclude?procurement?contracts?globally,?including?reviewing?and?amending?supplier?agreements?(mainly,?MSAs),?drafting?and?executing?contracts,?providing?counsel?on?contract?status,?legal?risks?and?legal?liabilities.??
Responsibilities
-?Review?supplier?MSAs,?schedules,?specific?agreements?and?contracts?so?as?to?identify?and?resolve?clauses?which?may?cause?operational?and?risk?issues.?
-?Provide?timely?and?accurate?legal?advice?on?a?wide?range?of?issues?arising?from?CDN?/?telecommunications?operations?and?company?activities,?including?business?and?regulatory?matters.
-?Draft?and?establish?agreements,?contracts?and?other?legal?documents?upon?business?and?technical?team’s?requests.
-?Researching?and?anticipating?legal?issues?that?could?impact?the?company.
-?Any?other?duties?as?required?by?the?business.
Desired?Skills?and?Experience
-?Possess?at?least?a?Bachelor’s?or?Master’s?degree?in?Law?(Common?law?background?preferred).
-?Minimum?1?-?3?years?of?working?experience?in?commercial?firms,?ideally?within?corporate?legal,?contracts?management?or?procurement?departments.
-?Bilingual?proficiency?in?English?and?Mandarin.
-?Able?to?multi-task?and?work?under?pressure?with?simultaneous?deadlines.
