??工作內(nèi)容Job?description：
1、與各貨代，倉庫，供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系，及時協(xié)調(diào)并安排出貨，預(yù)見問題并做相應(yīng)解決措施，對各種突發(fā)狀況能及時積極處理；
Establish?smooth?communication?with?forwarders,?warehouses,?suppliers?to?arrange?shipment?or?arrange?consolidation.?Can?pre-alarm?the?potential?problems?and?try?to?find?the?ways?to?solve?the?problems.?
2、與國外及時良好的溝通交流，協(xié)調(diào)出貨方式，更新出貨狀況并及時提供相應(yīng)目的港及客人需要的單證；
Work?closely?with?consignee?to?check?the?final?shipping?methods?and?update?the?actual?shipping?movements,?offer?the?documents?in?time.
3、審核工廠文件，相應(yīng)制作箱單，發(fā)票，產(chǎn)地證及公司報表等進(jìn)出口所需的單證資料；
Prepare?full?set?of?documents?for?export/import?purpose?base?on?suppliers’?shipping?document,?I.E.?packing?list,?commercial?invoice,?COO?and?internal?report,?etc.
4、根據(jù)國外分公司要求在系統(tǒng)錄入及更新訂單信息
Complete?PO?entry?and?update?PO?according?to?instruction?from?offshore.
