Person?Requirement:
5year's?or?more?work?experience?in?automotive?industry,?at?least?3?years'?business?development?or?sales?experience?in?aftermarket?sector
Profound?experience?in?aftermarket?channel?development?of?automotive?industry?is?highly?preferred
Good?product?and?application?knowledge?of?sealing?products?will?be?a?plus
Work?experience?on?Driveline,?Transmission?or?H/E?Power?steering?in?OEM/OES?is?preferred
Good?know?how?of?local?market?and?local?customer?expectations
Good?technical?understanding
Ability?to?manage?relationships?including?continuous?establishment?of?new?contacts?to?develop?market?intelligence
