BACKGROUND
背景
The?Sichuan?Market?Development?Project?(SMD)?currently?is?a?5-year?project?funded?by?USAID?and?implemented?by?Creative?Associates?International?(Creative)?herein?referred?to?as?(“the?Implementer”).?The?key?objectives?of?SMD?is?to?improve?livelihoods?in?ethnic?minority?communities?in?western?China?by?working?along?value?chains?that?play?a?key?role?in?minorities’?traditional?lifestyle.?The?activity?will?raise?community?incomes?and?transform?rural?communities?by?concentrating?on?livelihoods?possibilities?that?compliment?traditional?culture.?Three?priority?areas?have?been?identified?for?SMD?focus,?including?market?development?for?ethnic?minority?businesses,?business?capacity?improvement?and?increasing?financing?for?minority?businesses.

POSITION?SUMMARY
職位概述
The?Handicraft?Design?Trainer?will?support?SMD?Technical?Manager,?in?assigned?duties?and?specifically?those?tasks?that?relate?to?design?training?and?coaching.
手工藝品設(shè)計培訓(xùn)師主要負(fù)責(zé)配合SMD技術(shù)經(jīng)理的工作,尤其是與設(shè)計培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)有關(guān)的工作。?

PRIMARY?RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要職責(zé)
??Conduct?product?designing?and?development?training?for?rural?artisans;
??為農(nóng)村手工藝者提供產(chǎn)品設(shè)計與開發(fā)培訓(xùn);
??Design?and?develop?handicrafts?with?locally?available?raw?materials?and?their?existing?skills;
??使用當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)有原材料和技術(shù)設(shè)計、制作手工藝品。
??Present?and?provide?product?designing?ideas?and?concepts?while?enhancing?their?skill?level;
??在提高手工藝者技術(shù)水平的同時,提供產(chǎn)品設(shè)計思路和理念;
??Develop?the?detailed?specification?sheet?for?each?new?product?produced?and?the?costing;
??為每個新產(chǎn)品制定詳細(xì)的規(guī)范和成本明細(xì)表;
??Develop?proper?pricing?structure?of?all?the?new?products?by?engaging?local?stakeholders?(local?guest?houses,?artisan?champions?and?regional?coordinators)
??通過當(dāng)?shù)乩嫦嚓P(guān)者(當(dāng)?shù)刭e館、出色手工業(yè)者和區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)人)確定新產(chǎn)品定價結(jié)構(gòu);
??Develop?a?retail?strategy?for?all?the?new?products?such?as?inputs?in?market?positioning?(local?guest?houses,?airport,?local?café,?hospitality?industry?etc.)?and?brand?development
??為所有新產(chǎn)品制定零售策略,如市場定位投入(當(dāng)?shù)刭e館、機場、咖啡館和酒店業(yè)等)和品牌發(fā)展;
??Report?writing
??編寫報告。
SPECIAL?SKILLS:

??Knowledge?of?ethnic?minority?handicrafts,?materials?(especially?woolen?woven?strips)?and?basic?skills?of?stitching?and?sewing?etc.;
