1） AssistHRrecruitmentteamtocompletethetalentsearchandscreenworkandsupporttherecruitmentteamrecruitpotentialcandidateaccordingtodifferentpositionneeds.
協(xié)助人力資源招聘團(tuán)隊完成人才搜尋和初篩工作,以支持招聘團(tuán)隊根據(jù)不同的職位需要招聘到潛在的候選人。
2） Participateandsupporthumanresourcesrecruitmentteamthroughsocialmediachannelsfortheemployerbrandandrecruitmentmarketingactivities.
參與和支持人力資源招聘團(tuán)隊通過社交媒體渠道進(jìn)行雇主品牌和招聘營銷活動。
3） Participatetheemployerbrandrelatedbrainstormingdiscussionandwritingrelated
documents，inordertofacilitatethecommunicationwithtalent..
參與和雇主品牌相關(guān)的頭腦風(fēng)暴討論,并撰寫相關(guān)的文案宣傳,以便于與人才的溝通。
WhoYouAre您需具備的:
